ILD, the Belgian based industrial real estate developer has recently delivered a new industrial facility in Nededza, Žilina (Slovakia), a strategic location near to Kia Motors' production plant. The build-to-suit investment totaling 5.044 sq.m. was ordered by the Spanish company GRUPO ANTOLIN, a leading global supplier of components for vehicle interiors. The plant has an annual production capacity of 150.000 modular headliners; the first units were produced in January for the Kia "Venga" and "Sportage" models.
